The Ian Carey Project's 'Get Shaky' is one of the more ear-snagging house tracks I've heard in quite some time. Carey's brand of "electronic superfunk" is in full force on this schoolyard dance party. Lyrics such as, "Baby go crazy, break the rules," say just about everything you need to know to get your own rave going.
This reviewer will be out celebrating a birthday over the weekend. I plan on getting a little shaky, myself. And now you can too...

Ali - 'Boughetto'
What can I say, this song is simply awesome.
During my college days there were certainly times where my buds and I cruised around campus blaring this song on infinite loop.
Check out the hip hop classic, 'Boughetto,' below:

Paperboy - 'Ditty'
'Ditty' was the catchy one hit wonder for Paperboy. Perhaps it's most addicting quality is the song's liberal looping of a funky sample from Zapp's 'Doo Wa Ditty (Blow That Thing).'

Jaydiohead: The Jay-Z/Radiohead Mash-Ups
First it was Jay-Z and The Beatles. And only a few months ago, Coldplay released a more flavorful Jay-Z version of 'Lost,' which in turn inspired Viva La Hova, the Jay-Z/Coldplay mash-ups. Now, DJ Minty Fresh has added yet another mash to the Jay-Z/(insert rock band here) repertoire.
Jaydiohead, as the name suggests, is Jay-Z + Radiohead. The mixtape is brilliantly put together, and is currently rocking my iPod. You can check out Jaydiohead's official site here. From there, you can download the mixes for yourself.

Chairlift - 'Bruises'
Resembling Feist, Chairlift brings to us 'Bruises.' The song features a nice interplay between both male and female vocalists. In all, a pretty catchy, yet chill, track.
